Allison grew up just outside of Nashville, TN and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a focus in Marketing. She then entered into the world of retail management, where she was promoted to be the manager of a boutique in Nashville. While in management, Allison was able to develop strong communication and administration skills, while learning first-hand how to be a successful manager.
Allison and her husband were married in the spring of 2013 and moved to the Spring Hill area. They now live in the country with their two children, three dogs, and nine chickens! During her free time, she loves doing outside activities with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, and the Atlanta Braves.
