Kelsey is from Kaysville, Utah and has been living in Spring Hill, Tennessee since September 2025…and is loving it!! She has her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a pre-med emphasis from Brigham Young University. She also met her husband at BYU and they have been married for 3 years. Kelsey is very passionate about the well-being and growth of others and looks forward to exercising that passion every day at Arise Therapies!

Outside of work, Kelsey loves sports (especially basketball), cooking, baking, gardening, traveling, and spending time doing all that with her husband. On the weekend, you’ll often find her at a local farmers market, teaching children at church, fishing, and spending time with the people she loves most!
