Michelle is from a small town in Southern Illinois, where she played three varsity sports and participated in concert, pep, and marching bands. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University and is now pursuing further education in marketing and wellness, while also working toward her personal training and nutrition certifications.

In her personal life, Michelle enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Daniel, and her puppy, Tucker. She loves reading a good book, baking delicious treats—especially gluten-free goodies—or spending time outdoors hiking or relaxing on her front porch. She’s also a devoted Kentucky basketball fan—Go Cats!
